The Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA) is a new method in multiple-attribute decision-making context.
The Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA) is a new method in multiple-attribute decision-making context. The OPA can calculate the weights and the ranks of the experts, alternatives, and attributes simultaneously using simple steps. It supports group decision-making without using averaging methods. This software can help you to solve multiple-attribute decision-making problems using the OPA. In order to use the OPA Solver (MATLAB version), you just need to enter three matrices as input data. We will teach you how to do this on one numerical example. Please study the user manual file carefully.
Note: this version cannot consider tie ranks in alternatives (tie ranks for preference of the experts and criteria is ok). Also, this version cannot handle incomple blocks. You can use web-based solver if you face this situation.
