Two-pore physiologically-based pharmacokinetics (PBPK) for biologics describes the tissue distribution and elimination kinetics of soluble proteins as a function of their hydrodynamic radius and the physiological properties of the organs.
PBPKassembler is a a collection of scripts that allows rapidly to build and debug highly customizable cross-modality/cross-species biologics PBPK models for SimBiology.
Version 7.1 introduces full compatibility with Matlab 2022a and later. Specifically, in the previous version 5.0 (https://uk.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/82144-biologics-pbpk-model-builder-for-matlab-simbiology?s_tid=srchtitle) the properties of the molecular species were specifiable in SimBiology GUI 'Tag' field, which is no longer directly accessible in version 2020a and later. Instead, the 'Notes' field is now used for the same purpose.
All other features are unchanged.
