This code expands the matrix of order 6 into order 40 by row column multiplication.

in the calculation of transmission losses using Bmn coefficients we have to convert 6*6 matrix into 40*40.This program transforms a 6 unit B-coefficients into data required for 40 units Bmn Coefficients.comment on the performance of the code.
