This SimBiology project contains a modified version of the bioreactor model presented in the lecture notes "An introduction to modeling of bioreactors" by Bengt Carlsson and can be found here: http://www.it.uu.se/edu/course/homepage/modynsyst/vt11/Lecture/DynSystBior2009.pdf
It can be used as a template for more complicated bioprocess models (such as the International Water Association (IWA) Activated Sludge Model (ASM)).
