SELCTIVE RECURSIVE TEMPORAL FILTER for video denoising
Version 1.0.0.0 (1.66 KB) by
debasish
Simple temporal filter for 3D video denoising based on motion estimation
After spatial filtering, there is enough redundancy present in the video frames taken in the temporal direction. So a motion estimator is used to detect motion. If no motion is present between successive frames, a averaged value is used to replace the pixel in the current frame.
