ColorAnalyze perform a custom color quantization based on a user-defined color list located in a XLSX file. Each pixels is analyzed and match to one of the predefined colors by minimizing the euclidean distance in the RGB color space. The user can also set a maximal color distance at which the pixels is considered unmatched. This program is used in image analysis for microscopy work.
