This model consists of an Electric railway DC 750V Traction Power Supply System (TPSS) fed from 33kV for harmonic distortion study. It comes with THDi, THDv, TDD and Power factor measurement.
It demonstrates how shunt active harmonic filter applied at medium voltage line can reduce the Total Harmonic Distortion current (THDi), 11th order and 13th order harmonic at the 33kV supply based on IEEE Std 519-2014 standard.
Comment out the active harmonic filter block to simulate harmonic at 33kV line caused by electric railway TPSS without filtering.
