Confusing label-noise generator

This function aims to generate (confusing) noisy labels for datum with equivocal features.

This function aims to generate (confusing) noisy labels for datum with equivocal features. We simply identify "equivocal" probability vectors based on the differece between the top-1 and top-2 probability values and then swap the label of them.
