Version 5.5, part of Release 2016b, includes the following enhancements:

  • Noncompartmental Analysis: Handle sparse sampling in addition to serial sampling​
  • Diagram View: Configure block properties in place with graphical context menus
  • Diagram View: Access model information directly from the graphical view
  • Model Usages: Determine model component usage from the command line using findUnusedComponents and findUsages function

Version 5.4, part of Release 2016a, includes the following enhancements:

  • Progress Plot for Fitting: Visualize parameter estimation progress in real time for both desktop and cluster simulations
  • Model Selection Information: Report parameter estimation quality measures (log-likelihood, AIC, BIC) consistently across all estimation algorithms, allowing direct comparisons between model parameterizations
  • Steady States: Compute model steady states using the sbiosteadystate function, for example to equilibrate a model prior to dosing
  • SBML Support: Load and save the most recent SBML file format (level 3 version 1)
