4 Pillars to Achieve Digital Transformation in Aerospace and Defense
Organizations with digital transformation initiatives are making the shift from visionary ambitions to practical projects. To make this transition effective, technical organizations must master how to systematically use data and models, not only during the research and development stages, but also across the project life cycle, including production and maintenance.
The outline of the talk includes:
- What is meant by digital transformation for engineering organizations/projects?
- What are the pillars of digital transformation?
- What are the associated people skills, processes, and technology?
- How to make the transformation effective?
