How to Specify the Execution Domain in Simulink

Specify the execution domain of your subsystem or model blocks or have Simulink deduce it to improve your solver performance and code. Simulink will deduce whether your component is discrete, dataflow, or not discrete. By specifying whether your component is discrete or dataflow, you can lock down the boundary of that component and Simulink will make sure you don't accidentally introduce blocks that are incompatible.
