Troubleshoot Video Stream Access

Issue

The Parrot® drone streams FPV video to the UDP port number 43210. This port is blocked by default in Windows Firewall.

Possible Solution

To access the drone camera, unblock this UDP port in the Windows Firewall:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall.

  2. Select Advanced settings (on the left hand side tab).

  3. Select Inbound Rules in the left pane.

  4. Right click Inbound Rules and select New Rule.

  5. Select the Port option and click Next.

  6. Select UDP port and enter 43210 in Specific local ports and click Next.

  7. Select Allow the connection in the next window and click Next.

  8. Select all network types and click Next.

  9. Name the rule and click Finish.
