Enter the paths to the databases as comma-separated values:

Enter relative paths to the database files as comma-separated values.

    communication/databases/digital_systems.db,communication/databases/analog_systems.db

The Command Window prompts to enter the database aliases.

Enter alias names for the databases as comma-separated values or carriage-return to skip:

    Digital,Analog

You can use the new databases to index models using the modelfinder.registerFolder function.

Create new databases digital_systems.db and analog_systems.db in specified paths.

    modelfinder.createDatabase(["communication/databases/digital_systems.db",...
    "communication/databases/analog_systems.db"])

You can use the new databases to index models using the modelfinder.registerFolder function.

Create a new database digital_systems.db and assign alias Digital.

    modelfinder.createDatabase("communication/databases/digital_systems.db","Digital")

Create new databases digital_systems.db and analog_systems.db, and assign aliases Digital and Analog, respectively.

    modelfinder.createDatabase(["communication/databases/digital_systems.db",...

    Input Arguments

    collapse all

Absolute or relative paths to the database files to be created, specified as a string or character vector for a single database, or a string array or cell array of character vectors for multiple databases.

    Example: "communication/databases/digital_systems.db"

    Example: ["analog_systems.db","digital_systems.db"]

Data Types: string | char | cell

Alternate names of the databases, specified as a string or character vector for a single database, or a string array or cell array of character vectors for multiple databases. If an alias is not set, the database file name is used as the alias.
