Check safety-related settings for hardware implementation
mathworks.hism.hisl_0071
Since R2021a
Dependencies: Simulink® Check™
Usage: High-Integrity System Modeling
Description
This check identifies the inconsistencies and underspecifications of hardware attributes that can lead to nonoptimal results.
Recommended Actions and Results
Review the violations that are flagged by the check and the recommended action for fixing the issue. After applying the changes, save the model and rerun the check analysis.
Modeling Condition | Recommended Action |
---|---|
Model configuration parameters are not specified for the system. | Specify the hardware implementation model configuration parameters to ensure correct and efficient code generation for the target hardware. |
Target specifications do not match. | Enable the model configuration parameter Test hardware is the same as production hardware or modify the target specifications so that they match. |
Capabilities and Limitations
Does not analyze content of library-linked blocks
Does not analyze the content in masked subsystems
Allows exclusions of blocks and charts
Does not require model compilation
