MATLAB: Sharing and MATLAB Drive actions missing from context menus
Description: When right-clicking on a file or folder in MATLAB Drive in the Files panel or Projects panel, the sharing and MATLAB drive actions are missing from the context menu.
Workaround: None
MATLAB: Unable to customize File and Projects panel context menus
Description: Custom menu items added to the Files and Projects panel context menu using the mw.desktop.fileBrowsers.contextMenu extension point are not appearing as expected. The context menu itself displays, but customizations are missing.
Workaround: None
5G Toolbox: Error when running the example 'Evaluate Performance of Cell-Free mMIMO Networks'
Description: The "Evaluate Performance of Cell-Free mMIMO Networks" example does not run and displays this error: "The class nr5g.internal.MACConstants has no Constant property or Static method named 'MCSTable'."
Workaround: None
Simulink Context Menu: Format Bar Expansion Not Synced Across Multiple Simulink Model Windows
Description: When you expand the format bar of the Simulink Context Menu in one Simulink model window, the format bar does not automatically expand in other open Simulink model windows.
Workaround: Expand the format bar yourself in other Simulink model windows as needed.
Simulink Context Menu: Limitations of Customization Validation
Description: You can use the slValidateContextMenu function to validate and debug the JSON files that define your Simulink Context Menu customizations. The function does not detect these errors:
- Extending widgets or positions that are not designed to be extensible.
- Defining multiple widgets or actions with the same name, which causes one definition to overwrite the other.
These errors can break your customization.
Workaround: Check your customizations for these errors.
Simulink Context Menu: Limitations of Customization Validation
Description: When using Simulink Context Menus, you might encounter these issues with keyboard navigation:
- Navigation and focus:
- Pressing Shift+F10 does not open the context menu.
- You cannot expand or collapse the format bar using the keyboard.
- When you use the Tab key or the arrow keys to navigate through the context menu, the path you take might be unpredictable and might skip menu options.
- Pressing Tab or Shift+Tab to navigate button rows might skip one or more buttons.
- Not all menu options can be reached using the keyboard.
- Focus indicators (blue horizontal lines) might be missing or incomplete, making it harder to see which item is select.
- Menu actions:
- You cannot use the keyboard to select or clear a checkbox.
- You cannot use the keyboard to open the submenus of split items or trigger their actions.
- You cannot use the keyboard to open the submenus of menu items or galleries.
- In some button rows, there is an arrow at the right end of the row. When you pause your pointer on the arrow, an overflow menu opens. You cannot use the keyboard to open these overflow menus.
Workaround: Use your pointer to access menu options that are not accessible using the keyboard
Simulink Context Menu: Icon Size for Custom Context Menu Widgets Must Be Configured Manually
Description: The icon images of custom Simulink Context Menu widgets are not sized automatically. The icons might appear significantly larger than other menu icons and might overlap other parts of the menu.
Workaround: Resize your custom icon images manually.
Simulink: Errors with "LiteRT" or "PyTorch ExportedProgram" on macOS
Description: Using the "LiteRT" or "PyTorch ExportedProgram" blocks in Simulink to directly generate code from LiteRT or PyTorch ExportedProgram models will result in a crash in MACA platforms.
Workaround: None
Simulink: Visual rendering issues
Description: Some Simulink block icons may display visual rendering or alignment issues. For example, block icons may display misaligned or clipped text, missing or broken graphical boundaries, truncated port labels, or mild flickering when changing the zoom level. In some instances, block icons may appear smaller or larger than expected, such as in Quick Insert or Library Browser.
Annotations containing mathematical expressions may get rendered with formatting issues.
On macOS platforms, some widget controls may not appear in the native OS style.the "LiteRT" or "PyTorch ExportedProgram" blocks in Simulink to directly generate code from LiteRT or PyTorch ExportedProgram models will result in a crash in MACA platforms.
Workaround: None
Simulink: Visual Rendering Issues with Simulink UIs on Multi-Monitor Setups with Different Display Scaling
Description: On Windows systems with multiple monitors set to different DPI (display scaling) settings, you might encounter visual rendering issues in Simulink UIs. These issues can affect the toolstrip, context menus, model canvas, and blocks from the Dashboard and Customizable Blocks libraries.
Workaround: Set all monitors to use the same DPI settings. Doing so might not resolve the rendering issues of blocks from the Dashboard and Customizable Blocks libraries.
Wireless Network Toolbox: Images missing from installed documentation
Description: In locally installed documentation for the Wireless Network Toolbox the images are missing.
Workaround: Use the web version of the documentation to view the images.
