We're looking for a data-savvy Senior Data Analyst with a passion for Marketing Analytics and Reporting. In this role, you'll take charge of creating and evolving marketing dashboards, scorecards, and reports that fuel insights for our Marketing team. You’ll turn business needs into dynamic dashboards that drive decisions and outcomes.

To excel, you'll need expertise in SQL and Power BI, along with the skill to simplify complex data for both technical and non-technical audiences. If you're a strategic thinker who thrives on cross-departmental collaboration and using data to boost business performance, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

Business Intelligence Development:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL to support the Marketing team.
  • Drive the development of reports that enable data-driven decision-making and empower the marketing strategy.
  • Manage multiple reporting projects with a focus on quick turnaround and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and refine requirements, ensuring that reports meet the needs of the business users.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct detailed data analysis, extract key insights, and provide summary reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and patterns in business data to optimize performance and strategies.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Ops, Marketing, and Data Warehouse, to improve data accessibility and ensure its relevance for business needs. Ensure reports and dashboards align with departmental goals. 

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to enable business users to effectively interpret and apply data and metrics to optimize regional strategy planning and execution.
  • Provide technical expertise to enhance data literacy across teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Experience with SQL
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with relational databases and high degree of competency in SQL for data extraction and reporting (Snowflake experience preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, variables, and formula creation for automating data calculations.
  • Experience with Python or R preferred.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, build user-focused reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Experience guiding business users in applying data and metrics.
  • Experienced in project management with strong skills in prioritization and clear communication.
  • Analytical mindset, able to present clear and practical recommendations to the stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Our hybrid model allows staff members to balance work-life flexibility by spending 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely each week.
