Multi-Agent AI Systems for Autonomous Signal Integrity Analysis of PCB and Package Designs

This paper describes a multi-agent AI system for autonomous signal integrity analysis of PCB interconnects. The system executes a complete PCB sign-off flow, including 3D extraction, compliance validation, and report generation, without human intervention. Designed for reliable, reproducible operation, the scalable architecture supports secure local deployment and offers an open-source blueprint for automating end-to-end interconnect design workflows.
