how can i make an infinitely simulating model in simulink?

Normally in simulink we specify the time for simulation. But I want to implement an image processing system which continuously take images from a camera as input. The system should work like code inside a while loop.Is it possible to create such a system in simulink? How can I implement such a system?

enter the stop time of the simulink model as 'inf' and run the model. This will execute the model in an infinte loop

How much time will this take, simulating the model to infinity ?

Hi Rani,
You can simulate your Simulink model by using "simout" command through the code.

simout is a sink and it is used to write data to workspace. how can I use this for infinite simulation?

The simout which you are talking is a sink block in the Simulink library called as "to workspace block". but I am referring about the "command simout" used in coding. calling the model via the "sim" command executes/simulates your model. now you can call your model by placing it inside the infinite while loop through a code. and finally you can get your required outputs to workspace through the "simout"command.
