xPC target file system error causing host PC's MATLAB exiting!

1 view (last 30 days)
The target PC is an industrial PC, and the model is simple: save signal from the SIN wave source. The hard disk on target PC has been formatted into FAT 32. When the Real-time simution stopped, I double-clicked on "File system" in xpc explorer window to upload the data.dat to host PC, then a error window came out saying that MATLAB needed to close. And I had to close MATLAB.
Then I reboot xPC to Windows, I found the data.dat stored in C:\, the data stored in that file was ok. The procedure of switching xpc environment and window OS is so complex and time consumpting. So is there any solution to this error?
The matlab I'm using is matlab 2014a.
