Stuck in "Initializing" mode (Windows 10)

My matlab is stuck in "initializing" mode right after I start the program. I have read the -- Why does MATLAB get stuck in the "Initializing" or "Busy" state or take a long time to start? -- post but none of those solutions solved my problem. This happened after I upgraded my OS from windows 8.1 to windows 10, before everything was working fine (I worked with 2 versions of MATLAB, R2014b and R2015a, both of them don't work now).

Update: after another windows 10 update MATLAB started working again on its own. So I thought all was going well. Now, a month later, it stops working again, on it's own. Same problem. This time I solved it clearing the preferences, and then restarting the whole pc. Meet the same problem and solve by link: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/93105-what-are-the-lm_license_file-and-mlm_license_file-environment-variables-and-how-do-i-set-or-check-fo#comment_212801
Note: license path for me is at C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB\R2016a_licenses

Thank you, I tried all of this and it didn't work. Eventually windows 10 made an update and matlab started working again on its own.
