ROS menu item missing in Simulink

I'm playing around with the new ROS features in r2015b.
I'm able to manually init/connect to a ROS network, publish messages, subscribe etc. However in Simulink, the menu item "Tools>Robot Operating System" is not present. Hence I can't bring up the dialog box for setting ROS network adresses. I can probably workaround this issue by manually connecting to ROS networks through the command line prior to running simulations, but since all tutorials refer to this menu item I'm wondering where it went and if anyone else is missing this too. Also for standalone code generation it might be useful for defining proper network addresses etc.
I've tried first connecting to a ROS network before opening up Simulink, but to no avail. Robotics System Toolbox is installed, so is almost every other Toolbox.
Anyone else missing this menu item?

The behavior is caused by a bug in the robotics toolbox causing this behavior in MATLAB R2015b. You can find further information and patch here:
