My company has a site license for matlab, but doesnt have any good toolboxes.
Is it possible to install toolboxes, specifically the data acquisition toolbox, for just the one computer I use?

Yes, it is. The details will depend upon whether you are using MS Windows or not.

It is windows.
Would I simply purchase a individual license? I suppose I could get a user locked license and ask for it to be installed on the main license server.

Jay: You can get free Licensing and Installation Support from the MathWorks. I recommend you call them for an authoritative answer.

You may also want to talk to the person in your company who manages your license.
