the company behind MATLAB, offers numerous webinars on the website, and many of them come with an option to view online but not necessarily to download for offline use. Here are some methods to consider if you want to view MATLAB webinars offline:
  1. Official Downloads: Always check the webinar page for download links. Sometimes, organizers may offer a downloadable version, though this is less common.
  2. Screen Recording: One way to capture a webinar for offline viewing is to record your screen while the webinar is playing. Software options include:
  • For Windows: OBS Studio, Camtasia, or the built-in Xbox Game Bar.
  • For Mac: QuickTime Player (built-in screen recording), OBS Studio, or Camtasia.
  • For Linux: OBS Studio or SimpleScreenRecorder.

Webinars hosted on MathWorks.com cannot be downloaded for local viewing. Just click on the webinar link to watch.

Is there a reason for that?

Use a screen recorder like Camtas.... or other If you can see a webinar then use another web browser or update the flash player. Usually if flash isn't updated it will stop working ... Adobe fault.

Here is a hack that you can use:
look for the wrf file name in the source of the html launch page, and paste the url into the browser address bar. With IE, you would be asked to "Open" or "Save", select "Save". Now, you can play the .wrf file offline with the webex player from http://www.webex.com/customercare/downloads-player.html

If you are not able to download it, try to record video using software like camcoder or simply using powerpoint.
1. Open Microsoft Powerpoint
2. Go to menu 'Insert'
3. Go to section 'Media'
4. Click on 'Screen Recording'
