Queuing Model - Generalised Service Time

Hi, I am currently working on my Final Year Project which is related to Queuing Theory, where I am using Simevents to build a M/G/C model where G represents a Gamma Distribution Service Time.
I am using the Event Based Random Number from the Simevents Library to generate the signal to my server in the model. In the Event Based Random Number Block, I am required to input the Threshold, Shape and Scale parameters.
Can anyone here answer me what does the Threshold parameter means in the Event Based Random Number Block? I have plot the service time which looks like a Gamma Distribution. Here is the link https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/4QcEZ9Yo5MO-yCfKUK5Ni1BOlaIKsO0fC9nqZYovooM?feat=directlink
Thank you very much for your help! :)

Hi Yew, Refer to the following reference page and scroll down to the Gamma distribution section to see what these parameters mean.
Hope this helps, Devdatt
