Hexagonal Scatter Plot
It reduces the resolution of a high resolution data and outputs a 2D hexagonal scatter plot.

This function reduces the data resolution by preparing a hexagonal 2D grid and replacing all the data points inside a hexagon with a single value (average of the c values of the points inside the hexagon). it then gives out a scatter plot using those hexagons.
