How to transfer Scope or Simout outputs in Simulink into LTI Viewer?

I have built a closed loop circuit in simulink. I'm trying to produce a graph in LTI Viewer, as this allows right click>characteristics>Overshoot,Rise Time etc. With the plots from Matlab of (tout,simout) they don't have the function i.e. right click. This option only has; Data Cursor>Create New Datatip, then typing all data (after first calculating by hand!). Basically I want the program to do the calcs & display the data. I'm very new to Matlab/Simulink so if you could provide step-by-step instructions that would be great. Thanks
