one sound represent one square pulse

Hi, I had done many attempts to generate one sound represent one square pulse but none of them are working. I have three sine wave frequency: 1kHz, 1.5kHz and 2kHz.The width of square is 0.07 and the sound will be selected randomly for 20 times.
