how can i compare plot of a image of bacteria with different plots of images of microorganism

sir,in my question comparison means comparison of shape of plot of bacteria since we know that all bacteria have different shape.i have send you my program and now i am sending you trace that i have plotted using my program.I need a program that returns certain value or tells that shape has been matched or not.
