Hi, I have a very noisy image in back ground and very small objects and trying t segment objects and measure the length of them. background pixel intensity values are very close to each other for thresholding , what is a best segmentation process ? I tried to apply median filter with kernel size 9 and tophat transformation but still have some problem . please if there is any idea ?? Many thanks
