I have been searching about *deploying Simulink models* but there is not any documentation or video about this. Problems are getting deeper and nobody cares, at all. * It is almost impossible to find out how to use a Simulink Generated Code. There is no example. * Matlab R2013a is not compatible with Visual Studio 2013. Thus I always get the error of "No compatible Visual C++ Compiler found" error. * (Nobody replies my contact trials from Matlab Support) The more I go deeper in it the more complicated it gets. Problems and questions get multiplied.

Why isn't there any helpful documentation about Simulink Model Deployment?

It is almost impossible to find out how to use a Simulink Generated Code. There is no example.
