fullcross pointer to line or changing a colours?

Hi, Can I modify a fullcross pointer to horizontal or vertical line, or if this is impassible, can I modify only one line of fullcross to be displayed in different color like horizontal blue, vertical black.

I know it, limit to 16-by-16 pixels, can't work for me. I need to create a larger pointer like fullcross.
