About BCJR/ MAP decoder

The bit informance was encoded by convolutional encoder. And at the reciever, I have calculated the LLRs of every bit. I want to use BCJR decoder to calculate the output bits, posteriori and extrinsic LLRs. How can I do it? Thank you!
