"Make error" in Simulink

Hi,

I receive this error when I try to run a huge model. If I run each block in separate file, it works fine, but if I connect them I receive a " Make error" message. The models use embeded functions and bus object. Also the models are build in matlab2011a. Sometimes after reset the computer it works. i really don't understand. thanks
