Using only one USRP & PC to transmit and receive the data at the same time

I am new to both Simulink and USRP hardware. Basically, what I am trying to do is just to send and receive the data using only one USRP n210. I have created a transmitter and receiver block separately. Transmitter could work fine and show the correct waveform when connecting to the oscilloscope. And receiver block could also will work if USRP is connected directly by a real signal generator. But when I tried to put transmitter and receiver block together, the oscilloscope showed nothing and the vector scope inside my model will only show some noise. There is not much examples about using Simulink to work with USRP hardware. Thanks for any help and answer.
