I would like to connect to Interactive Broker and insert all the transactions from the IB order book into a predefined table on my server. Anyone could point me into the directon how to accomplish this task or has the matlab commands?
I stumbled over a manual which included this for installation purposes
"Place the IB-Matlab files (esp. IBMatlab.jar, IBMatlab.p, and IBMatlab.m) in
a dedicated folder (for example: C:\IB-Matlab\). Do not place the files in one
of Matlab’s installation folders."
But i am not able to find these file on the internet neither on the IB website. Is it even necessary to install these items? As far as i am concerned Matlab already has a build in API to connect to IB. Any help on the topic highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
