Global Sensitivity analysis toolbox

Dear all

I have some questions in using the tool box mentioned below in the link

I am developing a nueral network to predict the efficincy of an equipment based on its operationg parameters. the network have 3 inputs and 1 output, it has been trained and tested with actual data.

I need to test the sensitivity of the network output as a function of the inputs given. how can the tool in the above link helps?

do I have to normalize the inputs to be only [0 1] using normal matlab coding? how can I start using the tool box correctly?

I need a starting point, a procedure or steps to help me start the analysis, I did not find any manual or document that helps on that tlink.
