Error using pde.ElectromagneticModel/geometricConsistencyCheck (line 184)
Geometry must be 2-D.
Error in pde.EquationModel/set.Geometry (line 48)
self.geometricConsistencyCheck(gm);
Error in pde.EquationModel/importGeometry (line 35)
self.Geometry = gm;

... and is the imported geometry indeed 2D? or is it 3D instead?
