Programmatically dock figures in Windows 7 desktop

Is there a Matlab command to dock figures to the Windows desktop by default?
To be clear, what I want to achieve is an undocked figure in Matlab that is docked in Windows 7 (as when dragging a window to the sides or top of the screen in Windows 7 so that it fills half/full screen).
