recognition RGB in live video

Hello all, can someone telling to me, is it possible to detect colour RGB in live video using webcam ?, thank you for attention

Yes. That is what an image is. Each pixel detected one color.

I want to make the webcam can recognition what colour that i showing on paper..when i direct the webcam to black paper, it showing 'black' in my video..and so on with the other colour paper..How to make it like that ?

i use matlab 2010a, that function video reader can't recognize using this version. so, i use mmreader from http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/25845-videoreader-not-recognized-in-my-matlab-version. when i try to run again, it show 'Unable to determine the number of frames in this file', show in this picture :

What should i do ?

The number of frames is 67. So use that.
