F = factor(A) ;
A = F(1)*F(2);
does not work ?

it work but for very big equation of 50 terms it will becom hard to reshape it
for example if A= a^2+2x+y +x.^2-z --> i would like to factoris A to A= a^2+x(2+x)+y-z
