Plotting mean time trends

Hi,
How do I plot such a figure, I have time dependent information and atleast 3 per group but I would love some guidance on how to plot these types of figures.

yes,sir,may be use data to fill area,such as
x = 0:0.2:10;
y = besselj(0, x);
xconf = [x x(end:-1:1)] ;
yconf = [y+0.15 y(end:-1:1)-0.15];
p = fill(xconf,yconf,'r','FaceColor',[1 0.8 0.8],'EdgeColor','none');
hold on
plot(x,y,'ro-')

Could you add comments please? I have 1300 x data points (time) and behaviour at these time points (y) for 3 samples. How do I do it for that? I am not able to undertsand the code
