I'm using MATLAB version R2022a and I can't open Simulink Onramp. Simulink opens fine, but when I click on Simulink Onramp a blank white window opens with no further instructions. How do I solve this problem? I'm using a student license. Thank you.

None of the Onramp cources are opening in Matlab 20203b and if I try to sign in into my account it is automatically signing out.

This issue is often tied to MathWorks account login, since the course requires a MathWorks account in order to keep track of progress. The following workarounds may help resolve this issue:
1. Log in to desktop MATLAB (Ensure you are successfully logged in in the upper right corner of the MATLAB toolstrip)
2. Try logging in through the "Add-Ons" button in the toolstrip and reopen Simulink Onramp afterwards. At this stage, you may notice a company-specific Single Sign On page. Signing into this page might allow launching Simulink Onramp.
3. Try the sequence: Log out of MATLAB, then launch one of the Onramps, and log in using the form within the course page.
Hope this helps!

Hi Srijith Kasagorod,

I opened the MATLAB application, and on the home tab, Simulink is in the command bar. I click on it, and it opens up the Simulink start page to the right side of the browser window. In the left navigation pane, there's a learn category with a Simulink Onramp item. I click it, and it launches the course. I hope this helps.
