How do I graph a vector with one variable

How do I graph a vector(y) with one variable x and also specify a certain domain for x ex:

i = [1 , 0],
j = [0 , 1]
@Jan i is the unit vector in the direction of the x-axis and j is the unit vector in the direction of the y-axis
