Munkres Assignment Code Modification

Hi,

I am an economics honours student from the University of Sydney. I am currently working on my thesis about the Munkres algorithm and found the code online for implementing the current algorithm. I proposed some theoretical improvements and would like to try them using computer simulations. However, I have almost no experience and expertise in programming. Could someone please help me modify the code? If anyone is interested, please contact me and we could collaborate on the project.
