how to map a conrol value from simulink block to PWM% value?

Hi all, I am designing a controller for a temperature control device. the controller is a LQG type, the simulation is done, it works! but now I need to map the controller value, which is the input to the plant, to a percenage of PWM, in order to be able to give it to the real device. anyone has any idea how to do it? how can I generally map the output of a controller,PID,Fuzzy logic, LQG, in terms of percentage? Thanks!
