Simulink waveform sensitivity problem with arduino

Hi community,
I got weird problem. I connected the Arduino due to the matlab simulink and run my system on it. I am taking some voltage and current measurements via arduino analog inputs and processing them to convert the data into voltage and current values. the problem starts here. voltage and current waveforms are not sensitive they are like squarewaves but not analog signal. I've attached the image of the waveform. What can be the problem? and how can i fix or smooth it?
Thank you.
