I am working on a project which includes Bluetooth HC05 and Arduino Uno. I have the Bluetooth code in MATLAB, the actual project code also in MATLAB and arduino code in arduino IDE. How should I merge or interface all these to get the real time output?

Hi Shamala,
If you use the Arduino support package then see https://www.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/arduinoio/ref/matlabshared.i2c.device.html . You would use arduino() to establish the connection, then device() to configure the i2c details, and then read() or write().
In case you need to learn more about this setup, refer to this MATLAB Answer: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/1886062-interfacing-arduino-ide-with-matlab
Hope this helps!
