Went through the model of SiC MOSFET in the example application at https://in.mathworks.com/help/sps/ug/on-board-charger-for-two-wheeler-electric-vehicle.html
The model is completely masked. I'm trying to simulate a SiC MOSFET in 2020a version, and looking for as many resources as possible.
How could I use/modify the model of SiC MOSFET used in the above example?

Hi,
The SiC MOSFET model in this example is based on the MOSFET (Ideal, Switching) block. Please check the doc page for more information about this block:
If you want a model that includes more features, please check the N-Channel MOSFET block:
The parameterization of the block would depend on the specific application you are building.
If you prefer to start with the block and parameterization from the example mentioned you can load the parameterization using load('ee_onboard_charger_two_wheeler_SwitchData.mat').
I hope this helps.
