error with using the variable

What is the question? The error message explains already what is wrong.

agray has been created as a local variable in the function ImportImageButtonPushed. It is destroyed as soon as the function returns.
Perhaps you want to create an agray property app.agray and assign to it and refer to it.
You should probably be making your a into a property instead of a global.
