Reading the angular velocity from a DC motor

How can I read the angular velocity from the Simscape DC motor without using the Ideal Rotational, can Anyone help me with this please
or can I use a transfer function where the velocity is the input and the postion is an output

Still suffering from this, I can't find a way to read the angular velocity from the pic above without using Ideal Rotational sensor

In MATLAB 2014b there is no other way. In MATLAB 2020a, a new alternative way of accesing Simscape internal block variables has been introduced by using the Probe block. If possible I suggest updating to a newer release of MATLAB.
